was established in 2007 at Islamabad.

M/S SIMCO Private Limited as construction company performing construction including Civil, Electrical and Mechanical work for the last seventeen years. M/S SIMCO with Mr. Shoukat Iqbal at the helm has executed several gargantuan projects during the period diligently and efficaciously. M/S SIMCO has never compromised on the quality as well as punctuality in all projects irrespective of the structure / quantum of project and completed many high-profile civil works, Government buildings in Urban Areas besides construction of University at Muzaffarabad earthquake affected area. On account of unblemished performance in the field of construction, M/S SIMCO is registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Chamber of Commerce & Industry, all wings of DW&CE (DP) / MES and AJK Government. M/S SIMCO is currently in business with all wings of DW&CE (DP), NUST, SPD, Housing Directorate and NESCOM simultaneously. Mr. Shoukat Iqbal believes in evolving with the time and modernizing the company to cope with the futuristic challenges. The company has employed qualified, competent and committed workforce who stand positive to overlook day to day operations with utmost dedication. M/S SIMCO is now equipped with all modern resources, Machinery, Plants, Equipment and workforce to undertake any challenging work with ease and professional approach. Present Annual Turn Over of the company is 3000 millions and has Assets of over 2500 Millions Credit line from Bank is 2000 Millions. Presently company has projects of over 15 Billions worth in hand.
